About us

If you are looking for an authentic and secure tourist experience in Tuscany, the Taste of Tuscany team can organise everything to make your holiday truly something to remember!

We are proud of our brand and decades of experience, and we excel in designing bespoke travel for groups, companies, friends, families and couples.

We organise excursions and visits, both along the well known paths of Tuscany as well as in the hidden jewels of the territory, in and around Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Rome, Monte Amiata, Maremma, Val d'Orcia, Chianti and the Etruscan coast.

Our office is located in the medieval village of Santa Fiora, south of Siena, at the foot of Monte Amiata, surrounded by the Val d'Orcia.

Let us introduce ourselves…

We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves: we are Marianne Iversen, founder and owner of the tour operator agency Taste of Tuscany Travel and My Taste of Tuscany Wedding, with more than 18 years of experience in the field of tourism.

Together with the rest of the team, we will organise every aspect of your trip in the beautiful landscapes of Tuscany. You will have the opportunity to relax with your family and friends in one of our wonderful facilities. Since we all live in Tuscany, we have the advantage of knowing the territory intimately and we collaborate with top-level local services and suppliers.

Marianne Iversen

Founder

The founder of the Taste of Tuscany agency, located in the medieval village of Santa Fiora, south of Siena.

Marianne has a degree in marketing, communication and design and worked for a Norwegian newspaper. Her main languages are Norwegian, English and Italian. Marianne is a licensed technical director, required by Italian law for managing a tourist agency.

Her adventure began in 1998 when she moved from Norway to Tuscany. After several years of experience in the field of wine, food and tourism, she chose to share her knowledge, experience and passion for Tuscany, and crated the agency Taste of Tuscany.
